All orders Baked, shipped /delivered same day! We deliver locally and Ship Nationwide! We use USPS Priority mail to ensure freshness!! (Shipping time is based on BUSINESS DAYS) If shipping to West Coast, we recommend 2nd Day Air. Due to COVID-19 shipping times MAY VARY.
Return Policy:
Please ensure you put a valid address. We are not liable for Packages returned due to an incorrect address. Packages will be re-sent at your expense. Our cookies are so good that even animals love them! We are NOT responsible for replacement costs if an animal eats your cookies.

Storing our bites and Bombs! Our cookies are individually wrapped to ensure freshness. You can leave them on your counter for 3-5 days, refrigerate up to 30 days or Freeze (in a freezer bag) up to 90 days!

Since we bake and ship to order each day, we need some advanced notice to plan for large orders. We typically require two weeks’ notice for large orders and an additional week if your order includes customization. That said, we know that sometimes time isn’t on your side and are always happy to try and accommodate a shorter window. Send us an email, and we’ll see what we can do! THX!
